Sky Angel

I am an anemone. A gleaning, feeling, watchful creature anchored within the currents of reality. And what an abundant ocean it is! Every day I am fed a steady diet of tasty spiritual morsels in a variety of shapes, sizes and forms. Some large enough that I must use all my tentacles to take them in; but most are small tidbits, just enough to keep me hungry for more. Yet they are no less miraculous.
Stand still for a moment and look around? What do you see? Squint your eyes a bit and you just may alter your normal vision enough to spot a morsel that has floated your way. Ask yourself; would you have seen it if you had NOT been looking? Are you like the anemone, open to receive even the smallest particle of nourishment to feed your soul? It could come from anywhere. Even out of thin air!
Recently, I was with a group of people en route to the airport. Out the window of the cab I saw a peculiar cloud in the sky. As we drove it continued to take shape until finally ‘She’ appeared in all her magnificence. I snapped pictures for several minutes as the Sky Angel remained intact in the sky. Not surprisingly, nobody noticed ‘Her’ except me. Later when I showed my companions the pictures, they were at first stunned and then perplexed wondering, how could they have missed seeing it. Suffice to say, when you’re looking for Angels, you are more likely to see one.
